No animals are allowed in The View. If it is discovered that you have a pet there will be a $250 fee charged to your card on file.

You may use the fishing pond and 4K River Ranch amenities.

Located over iconic Frye's Old Town, our spacious 2,600-sq-ft penthouse apartment in the very center of town features epic views! Watch winter torchlight parades and summer events at Brandenburg Park from its private rooftop deck (with hot tub!).
